API v4.1.1 brings enhancements to BankVERIFY+.

If you are using the RIBBIT API version 4 or CONNECT v4, you will notice significant improvements to response time for BankVERIFY+. This release only affects merchants using API or CONNECT v4. This update will not affect merchants using prior API or CONNECT versions.
